On Monday, July 17, 2023 (5-9 pm), top chefs from New York City (including industry veterans and Michelin star holders) and New Jersey will gather for a spectacular tasting event to benefit The Ashley Lauren Foundation, which provides hope & help for children with cancer throughout the State of New Jersey. This premiere event, CHEFS WHO CARE, will feature stations that celebrate the cuisine of La Riviera D’Italia along with premium Italian wine and spirits. In addition, the evening will include live entertainment and a fabulous Silent Auction.
